Wraps are always a yummy option for lunchtime, they’re easy to make and you can eat them without a knife and fork! This recipe features red lentil hummus, pickled onions and potato and pea stir fry… a very tasty morsel indeed!
Everyone needs a snack during the day and cauliflower buffalo wings make a great and healthy option to keep you going. They’re also pretty easy to make - all you need to do is dip them in a simple batter and then bake them, before giving them a coating of hot sauce and baking once again. Enjoy!
