We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase. SHIPPING

All of our products are manually packed and shipped in packaging that is 100% plastic-free. We use and reuse only recyclable and compostable materials for our shipping supplies. We also pay a great deal of attention that our suppliers ensure that products are shipped plastic-free, and we try to reuse their packaging whenever possible. We do our best to make sure that every part of your package, tape included can be composted, reused, or recycled.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. You should receive an email order notification after you place your purchase, of course given the email address. We ship via DHL GOGREEN, so once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 2 – 4 business days here in Germany, internationally the delivery might take 4 -6 business days . We are all well aware that all major couriers are currently experiencing delays for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, thank you for your understanding!

We deliver your package within Germany free of shipping costs to you, when the ordered value is 55€. If you think your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local DHL office , they can help you file a claim for your missing package. Since we are such a small business, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been declared "Delivered" by the carrier.

First thing first: contact us asap at office@ethikainc.com and if your package was not yet shipped we can try to correct the address. But if you registered the wrong address, and we have already shipped your order, there is nothing we can do until your package is returned to us. Once we receive it, we can issue you a refund to place a new order.
